DIRECT BILLING : We offer different billing to most extended health insurance providers. Feel free to contact us if you’d like to double check, along with your plan provider to ensure they allow direct billing. We do not bill directly to ICBC or WorkSafeBC at this time.
Your credit card is required to book an appointment but won’t be charged at the time of booking. The card is stored securely in Jane Payments (Stripe) and not visible to staff.
LATE CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments will result in a fee for the full appointment cost which cannot be directly billed to extended health insurance.
