“I had such a positive experience with this facial. Kati was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She clearly explained each step of the process, what products were being used, and how they would benefit my skin, which I really appreciated. It never felt rushed or overwhelming. What stood out the most was the complete lack of pressure to purchase additional treatments or products. Instead of upselling, she focused on what was best for my skin and answered my questions honestly. It felt refreshing to receive genuine care without any sales push. “Chanelle gave me an excellent mask session a few days ago, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Kati, Phyllis, and Sarah are all incredibly talented—true professionals who clearly take pride in their work. After the facial massage, my sinuses began clearing almost immediately, and I’ve noticed significant improvement in my shoulders and lower back since starting treatments. The results speak for themselves. The entire staff is knowledgeable and detail-oriented. “I booked in and had a confirmed appointment I then booked my 12 year old with me and received a message telling me to pay in advance for the second appointment via e-transfer I asked for the e transfer account info and got a text back saying they are over booked and can’t take us. Unbelievable!!!! Save yourself the disappointment and book your facial or other services somewhere more reliable and accommodating to avoid disappointment!!!!!! “I had an amazing facial with several different treatments at Utopia medispa yesterday. My sister and I were able to take advantage of the promo they were running for the week and I'm so happy we did. The care and time the esthetician took with my facial went above and beyond my expectations. My skin feels renewed and refreshed. I may have dozed off a few times as well I was so relaxed. I would highly recommend this medispa and their many excellent services. “I can't say enough positive things about this beautiful, new, Women -owned business! From the moment you are welcomed, (usually) by Kati, one of the owners / spa director, you're put at ease. The open space with big windows, beautiful plants, and colorful decor are delightful. The waiting area is cozy & relaxing. You're offered water and a chocolate and comfy spa sandals. The Mani & Pedi stations are on a raised platform in big leather chairs with faux fur for you to nestle into. Chanelle (another one of the owners) is exceptional at her job! She's thorough, helpful, and knows her stuff. My gel manicures and pedicures last for weeks, and she's the only person I see before I go on holiday. Great polish colour selection and the big beautiful windows look towards downtown Edmonton. There's a brewery, shopping & cafes nearby, so you can make a spa day of being there! I've had a few massages with Meg (another of the owners! - these women are a force!). She genuinely listens to you, your concerns and how and what you need On The Day of your massage. It doesn't feel pre-programmed or routine. She's super responsive to feedback during the massage and always puts you at ease. There's even Shockwave therapy and PRP. I've been waiting for a spa like this to open in the Ritchie / Whyte Ave area for a while. And now that I found it, I'm going to continue to support it.
