For appointments greater or less than 60mins please contact directly to book, as they are not available online for booking,
Please also take note that Urquhart Clinic does NOT direct bill, and Urquhart Clinic is not set up to take on ICBC or WCB patients, if you are an ICBC or WBC patient please contact the clinic to cancel your appointment.
Cancellation policy is as follows:
less than 24 hour notice 1st: 50% of original service booked
All outstanding cancellation fees/no show fees must be paid before the next booked appointment. appointments booked online and no showed will be charged to the credit card on file
About the clinic
Located at 126B 11th Ave N, between the Creston Credit Union and Apex accounting, look for the sign ”Vitality.” There is parking directly in front of the clinic.
