“Upon entering you are greeted and offered a drink. When you meet for the consultation she was very knowledgeable about the process. I tried sitting on machine for 3 minutes. That short period of time provided relief from drizzling every cough I made for the next 5-6 hours. I left had a glass of pop and didn’t need a washroom for just over two hours with no drizzling. I can’t imagine after 30 minutes how much time will pass. I’m looking forward to starting treatment in a month.”Read moreShow less

“Excellent experience. I will not lie I thought why do I need to watch videos? I found them informative and the breathing strategies work!!! Staff are amazing and always encouraging. “What a great atmosphere when I walked in, very clean. Everyone greeted me smiling, which is nice these days. I sat down and read some of the reviews from other customers. It seems that mostly all of the people, that used the Urospot chairs, had great experiences. I too, had an amazing experience, and have completed my 6 treatments!!!! “I have had an extremely positive experience at UROSPOT. The people I have come into contact with have been extremely friendly and professional. When I arrive I always feel welcome. The women who have assisted me along that way have been knowledgeable, welcomed my questions, and offered helpful advice. “Urospot is a game changer! This probably sounds so cliche, but they really did change my life. I have had surgeries and traditional pelvic floor therapy and still could not achieve any improvement in my symptoms. After attending just half of the initial treatment, my symptoms improved so much that I literally cried. They are top notch at not only guiding you through treatment, but also ensuring you have all the tools you need to be successful long-term. They really do care about what they're doing. From the front desk staff, nurse, physiotherapist and physiotherapy assistants, everyone was phenomenal to deal with and very supportive. Special shout out to Anna!
