“2 1/2 years ago, I had my prostate removed as a result of prostate cancer. Unfortunately, with that procedure, there are a lot of side effects and after consulting my doctor and having a consultation here, I’m thrilled to have a solution. “I first heard about Urospot about two years ago and had an initial consultation with a nurse. At the time, I was indecisive about pursuing treatment and tried to manage mild symptoms on my own. As I entered perimenopause, my symptoms worsened, and I began experiencing genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM). I started using non-systemic estrogen, which helped internally, but I quickly realized that estrogen alone does not strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. That’s where this treatment made the difference. Estrogen supports tissue health and elasticity, while pelvic floor strengthening focuses on muscle control, stability, and functional support something the chair-based therapy addresses directly and effectively. I read the clinical trials and based my decision from those. Fast forward six sessions later, and I can honestly say I am 100% improved.
