Kiera did a great job in going over the last treatment and ensured all my questions were answered. Thankyou

Nurse Jade was awesome. The consultation provided detailed information. The ability to try out the chair help make my decision to go ahead with the program. All in all an excellent experience and one that I would recommend to anyone.

Ladies beware 🥹 I wanna share my story in hopes to perhaps encourage other women in my situation to save their money and go a different route. At age 38, I came to urospot with high hopes right before I was getting married to help with not being able to hold my pee for very long (as I am a momma of 3) and also hoping it would help in other areas as the nurse and ladies mentioned. First of all I will say the ladies that work here are great, sweet and kind so that’s something I guess. We spent upwards of a couple thousand dollars on these treatments in total and the time and gas money it took for me to drive there. The treatments themselves were quite comfortable but not really any progress worth talking about. I did everything they asked of me at the end of it I waited for the amount of time they said to wait to see the fullness of the completed treatments and everything was exactly the same as it was when I first started. They called me to follow up and I let them know that I wasn’t happy and they apologized and said that sometimes people need one more, so I came in for one more on them. They guarenteed me that 6 or 7 would be all that was needed. The next treatment did nothing again and they followed up again and I let them know that. There response was well there would be no more “free” treatments but they could offer them half off. Of course I said no to paying them another cent for a treatment that does not work. I was choked and so was my husband but oh well a super hard lesson learned. BUT!! Here’s the reason I’m now finally making a review… I am about a year after these “treatments” and not only am I having a hard time holding my pee but everything has gotten 100x worse. Sneeze, cough, laugh or even think about peeing. 😫 Whatever happened in these “treatments” has only made me worse in every way. I feel like I lm in my 60’s not 39. I want my money back but since I know that will never happen at the very least I want to prevent any other women from walking in those doors with high hopes, to be drained of their money and also their dignity. Then to be left In a way worse predicament a year or so later. I guarantee that they will have some excuse or say as I’ve already read on other reviews that perhaps we are just the ones it doesn’t work for. Cool well then for the ones that it doesn’t not work you should be responsible for returning their money because of false promises, and then be on the hook for paying for the retribution of damage that was caused through the treatments.

The nurse with whom I did my consultation was personal, professional, respectful & thorough. She made sure all my questions were answered. I felt secure & genuinely cared for.

Expensive physio with little results. Check with your insurance and Health Spending Account before committing to the treatment. Unlike what they say during the "free consultation," it probably won't be covered. My fault for not looking into it myself and I found out the hard way. I was told by the manager, after the claim was denied, that they have nothing to do with Health Spending Accounts and she couldn't help me. Even though I was assured at the first session that I wouldn't have a problem claiming it, they would give me a letter to send in with my claim and that there were others with the same insurance that were covered previous. (I specifically asked) Like the old saying goes, If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

I went in for a consult. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to any questions that I had. The RN that did the consult was professional and thorough while covering the topics very well. When I did have questions, she answered them immediately and made it very clear what the procedure would be. Overall, it was a very good experience. Thank you and looking forward to starting my treatment.

I really wouldn't recommend as it is really costly. I would check other pelvic floor therapy first. Early this year paying $1890 for my treatments. I had absolutely no changes to my condition and it actually worsened. They were very kind and professional through out the duration of my treatments. So when my condition worsened they told me to wait for my pelvic floor to heal but nothing changed. After the wait and no changes they told me to go see a pelvic floor therapist BUT they just pretty much don't care after that. They didn't have a suggestion or recommendations as to where to go get this therapy. They don't care. I got a stupid jumping rope for $1890. Definitely try something else before using this as an option because it may not work(because if it doesn't work, they don't care).

Does not recommend
it is a complete waste of a lot of money. It didn't work like it said because it's only short term, you need to do maintenance which costs even more. I spent the initial amount of $2300 and that was hard to swallow. Then you have to be able to afford to pay $300 for maintenance, which you will have to repeat every 4 -6 months.I only had short term relief of symptoms and now it has reverted back to where I started. It is a complete waste, stay away, and spend your money on something that works.
