“Update: despite being told at my last session that a follow up would be done, none has been done. I was very clear that I was experiencing no changes. This just reinforces that there is little to no support for those who this doesn't work for. My family Dr asked me for my honest feedback regarding this treatment but I will no longer be recommending. $2000.00 down the drain. Changing my star rating from three to one. This is going to be a very honest review because I wish I had read a review like this prior. The treatment unfortunately did not work for me. Im happy it has worked for others, they have a wall of testimonials to prove it but I experienced zero improvement so paying close to 2000 has been a hard pill to swallow, along with the let down. I was assured it would help and I don't know why it didn't work. Regarding the sales consultation there is a heavy emphasis on treatment being covered with physiotherapy and benefits but I recommend everyone really speak to their accountant or benefits provider to understand what is and isn't covered. This was an out of pocket expense for me. I knew prior that beyond a small personal tax write off, mine would be out of pocket so this was not a surprise, but I felt it was overemphasized that it's covered for everyone. I purchased the physio in addition to the chair treatments and found it was not a worthwhile addition for me. Virtual physio is confusing to me as it made something that is meant to be personal, impersonal. My physio was friendly and knowledgable, and I have no doubts amazing at what she does but only breathing exercises were provided and ones that I had been doing through videos I researched online prior. I did commit to them, because I didn't go through this process to not be 100 percent commited and I do believe that sometimes we can do our exercises incorrectly and a refresher can be nice but virtual physio is a corner cut in my opinion. They do offer in person physio but it was very much a buried option, they want you to do virtual. The big takeaway I want to share is please do not think that this is an guaranteed fix, we need to moderate our expectations. My expectations were too high, made worse by the constant confirmations to give it more time and that other women with my unique symptoms experienced improvements- which again I don't doubt. UROSPOT, if you think you are moderating expectations during the consultation or the sessions, I do not think you did with me, it was not communicated effectively that this might not work for me. I did express my concerns to the very friendly staff that I had no improvement but there it was left I suppose and as a result, I feel quite unsupported. I believe this is unintentional but here we are. Pros, the location is convenient, impeccably comfortable and clean and the videos are a nice distraction and educational. The owner is friendly, I met her at the home show, she spent a good amount of time really listening to me and she assured me and my husband that this was the treatment for me and my unique situation. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and the clinic runs perfectly on time. I'm giving 3 stars because I believe this can and has worked and the staff has nothing but excellent intentions, but I don't think there was any support when it doesn't work. In addition expectations weren't moderated and it felt I was asked questions over and over again about symptoms I was not experiencing which made me wonder if I was really being understood.”Read moreShow less

“I saw a poster for UroSpot at GoodLife and instantly knew this was meant for me. The free consultation was very thorough and trying out the machine was great. I was a little nervous at first not knowing what to expect but Shauna made me feel very comfortable. I loved that you are fully clothed during the procedures. I’m excited to start my journey towards a healthy, strong bladder!”Read moreShow less

“I accompanied my friend Rosa to UroSpot. We were both apprehensive going in, as we were not quite sure what to expect. Upon entering we were put right at ease. Meeting with the nurse, and having a 1-hour consultation with her covered all the questions that we had. It was not a sales pitch, it was an informative session that put our minds at ease about the therapy, how it works, and who could benefit from it. All sexes and all ages can benefit from this therapy! The nurse was very thorough, gathering as much information as she required about Rosa's personal medical history, and ensured us that she would consult with all doctors involved with her personal care.”Read moreShow less
