“I had a great experience there. I was anxious about going out because of the leak. Without exaggeration, I used to wake up about seven times per night. Thanks to Urospot Ancaster, now I have my life back! I can stay four hours without going to the washroom. When I first saw Urospot in Facebook, honestly I thought it was advertisement, but I was wrong It’s real! The staff is kind. “I was made to feel very comfortable from the moment I entered their reception area . The majority of the time I met with Mae who spent time going over the process and teaching me about breathing techniques and what my expectations of what could happen over my treatments. I basically ‘sat’ fully clothed on this amazing vibrating chair . This chair ‘vibrated’ quite strongly and I would happily buy my OWN machine if I had $80,000 just sitting around . I sat on it each time for 30 minutes while watching informative videos about my incontinence ‘issues’ . First and foremost , Mae was the loveliest young lady whom made me feel very comfortable discussing my incontinence issues with . Mae was so enthusiastic and made me feel very at ease discussing personal issues . I think she is worth her weight in gold ! The UROSPOT reception area , and all the rooms with the Kegel machines, are welcoming and spotlessly clean . When you enter they offer you coffee , water or whatever …. And I love their basket of treats everyone can help themselves to . “it is a complete waste of a lot of money. It didn't work like it said because it's only short term, you need to do maintenance which costs even more. I spent the initial amount of $2300 and that was hard to swallow. Then you have to be able to afford to pay $300 for maintenance, which you will have to repeat every 4 -6 months.I only had short term relief of symptoms and now it has reverted back to where I started. It is a complete waste, stay away, and spend your money on something that works.”Read moreShow less
