“I’ve been searching for a massage therapist who truly understands what a real relaxation massage should feel like and I finally found that with Renata Serna. From the start, I was clear that I wanted a straightforward, uninterrupted relaxation massage. I prefer to avoid hot stones, hot towels, cupping, and assisted stretching of my arms and legs, as those tend to break the flow for me. Renata respected that completely and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. The session itself was exceptional. The 1 hour massage felt longer in the best way because she worked thoroughly and intentionally through every muscle without rushing. She checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was just right, and it truly was. I especially appreciated how mindful she was of my sensitivities, avoiding excessive pressure in my neck and calves while still providing an effective, deeply relaxing experience. For the first time in a long time, I felt completely understood. That level of attention and care is rare. I was so impressed that I’ve already booked my next appointments two months in advance. I noticed benefits in both my knee and ankle when I injured them. “Having never been to an Osteopath myself, it was recommended to me for my son who was having issues with his ears, especially when flying, which was making travel very difficult/distressing. My son is very nervous about going to doctors/appointments/new situations, so I knew meeting Nicole from Urban Massage could be hard, but I wanted to try for his benefit. The experience exceeded my expectations. Nicole is very kind, patient and communicative with both me and my son. She takes great care in letting the child/patient lead. My son was excited to go back to future appointments with Nicole and allowed her to try different methods each time as he gained comfort.
