“Pascal is amazing! I've only been to about 8 or 9 RMTs in my lifetime, but this was, without question, the best massage I have ever received. Initially, we had a short chat about which areas I wanted him to focus on and he did exactly what I requested. On my intake form I mentioned that I am an introvert and do not enjoy small talk. Pascal was perfectly quiet - aside from checking in about pressure & whatnot from time to time. The background music was great & very relaxing, and the room temp was perfect. There was a notable difference in my lower back as soon as I sat up on the table - thank you, Pascal! I was hesitant to go to an RMT who wasn't a woman but he put me at ease immediately. “I was in a car accident last week and needed soft tissue care. I went to one appointment and found Terra to be professional and enjoyable as an RMT. I made further appointments and was called this morning and told that Terra had called in sick and Urban had to cancel 2 hours before my appointment. The other RMT that called was cold and didn't have any care for my situation over the phone at all. I asked the team member if there was anything they could do for me since I was experiencing substantial pain and they said there was nothing they could do except book me in again the next week. Usually when a business makes a mistake that affects a customer in this way they provide some sort of compensation as the customer is expected to when they cancel on a provider on short notice. Urban was disinclined to offer any solution beyond waitlisting for another short notice appointment that I would have to pay full price for. I feel that this business does not value their customer relationships and I won't be returning here until my concerns are adequately addressed. This business neglected to follow up and expected me to provide them with more business to remedy the situation as you can read below.”Read moreShow less
