“Great experience for myself. Initially came to the clinic for an injury and saw Jen Scott for physio on my shoulder / hip. She was great and the issue resolved after a few months of her guidance. I've continued to go there for RMT and saw Clara and now Nikki and have had an excellent experience. A great neighborhood spot. Easy to book using jane and relatively good flexibility for scheduling. “The massage itself was decent; however, I feel that my service was not fully fulfilled. I had booked a 60-minute massage, but it began about 6 minutes late following by a brief conversation, disappear for a good 2 minutes or 3 for me to undress( male- so it doesn’t take long to take off 3 piece of clothing and neatly fold it on a chair), meaning the actual session started roughly 15 minutes after my scheduled time. It also ended about 5 minutes early, so I didn’t receive the full duration I paid for. I’ve been a regular customer at this place in the past but stopped visiting because I felt I wasn’t receiving the complete service I paid for. “Tried out Urban Healing for a couple of massages. They have RMT's and a physio. Seen Stephen Clarke ($138.00 for 60 min); good pressure and he massaged the specific areas I requested. Downside was both treatments were only 50 min (late start, early end). 3.5 stars.”Read moreShow less

“I had a massage with Stephen Clarke on June 5th. This is not my 1st time. He used to work in downtown Vancouver and when he changed clinics, I decided he's so unbelievably good that I'm gonna start going to his new practice now. I came in because my left back shoulder & area was very painful for a few days. After my appointment, it felt 1000x better. Before I actually left, he gave me some excellent advice I try to put in practice, that when I leave the room try to walk and slow down by 20%. It's easy to get the treatment then carry on, but this advice has helped me prolong that calming/peaceful state instead of resuming the daily stresses. “Such a wonderful place! Operating during this period is hard but the facility was clean and well managed. I had Marcus and he was so kind and fun to talk to! He made me feel very comfortable for my first ever massage and was very engaging. He helped release a lot of tension, for the first time in years the clicking in my neck has quieted.
