“I had a massage therapy appointment today and I’m extremely disappointed — truly a waste of money. I booked for 2:30 PM and completed the intake form in advance, but when my therapist greeted me at 2:28, we still spent about 10 minutes going over the exact same information I had already provided. My actual massage didn’t start until 2:42 and ended at 3:27, yet I was still charged for a full hour. The massage itself was not relaxing at all. The pressure was unbelievably light — so soft that I actually felt uncomfortable and had to scratch my skin afterwards. It wasn’t pleasant, effective, or enjoyable in any way.
