“Highly unprofessional massage center. So you book the day off for getting the therapy and guess what when you arrive as per the appointment time, you are being told that your appointment was canceled. Fantastic.”

“Worst massage center I have ever been to. I do not recommend this facility at all if you are looking for an Indian head massage. All the negative reviews you see on Google are true—it is a complete waste of money. They don’t apply any pressure or actually give a massage; they just keep placing their hands on your face. On top of that, the oil they pour in the last 10 minutes is extremely hot and very uncomfortable. Please do not go here.”

“Very disappointing and subpar massage today by Danielle. Back massage consisted of simply pressing on and pinching my back. When asked to modify, she became defensive. Arm massage was stretching only. When asked again to modify she suggested ending the session early, then demanded payment for the whole hour. If you are going to be a professional, you need to listen to clients and what they want. Using the excuse "this is how I do it" is not professional, respectful or acceptable.”

“Where do I even start? Today was my 1st appointment with Danielle and when I say I would go to war for her, I mean it. Let me emphasize that I would literally start and then fight on the front lines of that war for this human! There was a point in my massage where she could've asked for my banking information and I would have given it without hesitation. “Have had fifty or so different RMTs. Rachel is in the top few. Great pressure, skilful at getting deep knots, and also able to hit muscles other RMTs usually miss. Highly recommend.”
