“I would highly recommend Upper Grand Movement Therapy. I have been seeing Kelly Offer for at least three years now. I have severe osteoarthritis in both of my hips and I have a very physically demanding job. I would not have been able to push through the last few years without the help of Kelly. The fascial stretching she performs with me has been so beneficial to my overall wellness. I can only do so much on my own, so it has been amazing to have someone with the skills of Kelly to help me along the way. Not only is Kelly exceptional at her job, she is such a kind and lovely person to talk to. “Went to Kelly with a headache that had been with me for well over a month...perhaps 6 weeks. With 3 sessions it was gone. In fact I would say the first two sessions took care of it but I wanted the third session just to be safe. Kelly worked hard on my neck and jaw to release the tension. There was more to it than just working on those two areas but that's where I think the worst tension occurred. I was also given exercises to do at home which I did and which I will continue to do.
