“I was very disappointed with our experience at Unity Health and Wellness with Dr. Nordli in 2023. We came in seeking support for our five-year-old daughter, but instead felt judged and dismissed. The appointment lacked professionalism and empathy. Rather than listening to our concerns, comments were made about many personal and medical topics that did not feel helpful or appropriate. We left feeling unsupported after years of advocating for our child’s health. There was also confusion and unprofessional communication from clinic staff regarding our appointment being described as a “trial,” which added to our discomfort. “Dr. Nordli is the BEST doctor I've ever had the pleasure to meet and I've interviewed dozen's in a professional capacity. She is knowledgeable and not just about medications but really understands what is making us sick and doesn't just treat symptoms. In my opinion she is what a doctor is meant to be. She has the most amazing bedside manner. She treated both of my parents in their last years with the utmost respect and compassion far outside the scope of any doctor I've not just met but heard of. I could write for hours to explain the nuances of care she provided but will say that she is absolutely extraordinary. “This is hands down the best doctor’s office I have ever been to. Before switching from my old doctor to Unity about a year and a half ago, I never dreamed of liking a doctor’s office so much.
