“Had a great experience at Unique Massage Therapy. Mae and Olivia are absolutely amazing! “I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. I had an appointment booked for 12:00 PM, but the therapist did not show up on time, which was already frustrating. What made the situation worse was the lack of cleanliness. The sheets and the covers on the massage bed were clearly oily and appeared to have been used by the previous client without being changed. This is completely unacceptable for a service that should prioritize hygiene and customer comfort. I had to ask the staff to replace the sheets, which should have been done automatically before my appointment. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and unhygienic, and it did not meet even basic expectations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made to ensure better service, punctuality, and cleanliness in the future.”Read moreShow less
