“We have been seeing Natalie for about a year and her ability to support children to pricess emotions through play is remarkable. She offers tangible strategies to parents so that they can continue to help their child progress at home. Like any therapy of this nature, results aren't immediate and take time but she ensures she helps the family to build a solid foundation that addresses root causes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a play based therapist.”

“My daughter came to see Natalie, after 2 years of therapy with Natalie's partner, and another year with Natalie's predecessor. Three years in total, prior to Natalie. Given the lack of any progress at that time, I was hesitant to engage with Natalie. But she was engaging, she made a good impression. Natalie looked me in the eyes and told me to trust her. I did, but it was all talk. A year after engaging, my daughter was more alienated than ever before. Natalie's approach was that my alienated daughter was responsible for: - defining the objectives of therapy - measuring the the progress, and - determining the success. I asked Natalie who my daughter could hold accountable for the outcomes of her therapy, and Natalie's response was ' herself'. My daughter was 9 yo when she started seeing therapists at this practice, and this was 5 years later. 5 years. This approach is diametrically opposed to how an alienated child should be treated. It took me a 10 minute search to find the relevant psychological literature. Yet neither Natalie nor Marcella Galizia could ever give me an honest answer on what was really wrong with my oldest daughter. They are not here to 'diagnose', 'evaluate', or something similar. When asked why they were seeing my daughter, their answers had the same informational content - neither of them could ever define why they ought to be seeing my daughter. I put these questions to them multiple times, in writing. We met multiple times. In these meetings, especially the last 2, Natalie and Marcella acted extremely evasive. They constantly tried to change the subject, interrupt, or redirect the conversation away from my daughter, her therapy, and any demonstrable progress they have achieved as her therapists. In short, there was not an ounce of professional responsibility, and even less progress to be demonstrated. Venture into therapy here if ye dare, but God help you if you are father to an alienated daughter.”
