“It has only been a few sessions but already the experience has been extremely positive. I was very skeptical of therapy and the whole idea of opening up to a stranger. In my uneducated and close minded mentality, how could someone who hasn't lived through what I have experienced possibly be able to help and even understand me. The best thing I did was let go of all expectations and just have faith that there are people who are professionals. Just like people have gone to school to be a mechanic and can fix your car, there are professionals who can help you through the tough things you've gone through because that's what the have studied extensively to do. The work is difficult and uncomfortable at times, but if your willing to put yourself out there and be honest, you'll will be very satisfied with what can be accomplished.”Read moreShow less
