“I can’t say enough great things about United Health Clinic! As a nurse, I deal with constant neck, shoulder, back, and leg pain from long shifts, and this place is a game changer. “I had the poor customer service I experienced at the clinic owned by Mr. Nazemzadeh. I had booked an appointment for a massage therapy session with a specific registered massage therapist, but when I arrived at the clinic, Mr. Nazemzadeh informed me that I had to see another massage therapist instead — one who was not registered. This change was made without my consent, and I was very disappointed with the service I received. I booked the appointment based on the qualifications of the therapist I originally chose, and it was unprofessional to switch me to someone else without informing me in advance. I did not receive the quality of care I expected, and I left the clinic feeling dissatisfied.
