She goes over the exercises to make sure one is doing them appropriately and correcting accordingly as you move through each set of the exercises. “I have seen Michael about two dozen times over the course of five years. He has always been gentle, respectful, polite, and accommodating. He is careful and attentive with a good bedside manner. Michael is thorough and happy to discuss what is ailing you. The clinic is colocated with other services, including a dental clinic, a chiropractor, as well as physio and RMT there and down the hall. I have tried multiple kinds of IMS, dry needling, TENS/EMS, and related therapies, and Michael uses an excellent, empirically-based approach to acupuncture. I have never had an issue booking an appointment or receiving service in a timely manner.”

“My experience was very poor with this clinic!!!! And never recommend it Their address, their opening hour, their intake form, everything is full of mistakes!!!! Make you super confused! They never call to follow up with you and do not answer their phone! I had really tough hours with them! The doctor showed up after 10-15 mins because they believed patients may not show up so they stay at their o place and come from home upon a call from the receptionist!!!! The quality of service was also very bad, I was unsure to let them put any needle inside my body! Super unprofessional!! Never recommend it”
