I’ve trained in high performance sport my entire life and have relied a ton on physiotherapists and athletic therapy for numerous injuries/muscle soreness. The massage I got at Tx was hands down the best one I’ve ever had. Carole targeted my problem areas and worked through all my tension. It’s not a relaxing massage in the sense that she worked through my tightest areas, but that’s not what I was looking for. I typically leave massages feeling like the therapist could have dug deeper. I left Tx feeling that I really got my moneys worth and that my needs were completely met! I definitely will be coming back!!

I had a frustrating experience with the clinic’s scheduling that I think is worth mentioning. At 3:30 PM, I checked the website and saw an available 5:15 PM appointment. When I called to book it, I was told the latest appointment they actually take is 4:15 PM. What bothered me wasn’t just missing the slot it was the disconnect. If a time appears available online, a guest assumes it can be booked. When that’s not the case, it creates confusion and feels like unnecessary friction. If appointments past 4:15 PM aren’t possible operationally, those times shouldn’t appear online at all. Otherwise, clients end up doing extra work calling about availability that isn’t truly available. From a customer experience perspective, it’s a small systems issue but small misalignments like that can impact trust. Clear and accurate scheduling protects both the guest experience and the brand.

A really wonderful calming place with the best music playing in the background that gives the best physiotherapy and massage therapies 😇😇We have had the best massage experiences there and the staff is super professional, helpful, and nice 😇😇 For physiotherapy we’ve had Taly and she is a fantastic physiotherapist while for massage therapy we’ve had Jenna who is just as incredible 😇😇 Any acute/ chronic neck pain and back pain we’ve had were treated very well by the therapists at Tx Therapy 😇😇 They also give very good exercise and stretching recommendations at the end of their sessions🙏🙏 Cannot recommend this 11/10 place enough to anyone who wants the best therapists working on their neck/ back / any area of interest 🙏🙏

Best massage and sports therapy clinic I've ever experienced. Excellent range of highly skilled therapists and consistently outstanding service. If you're into deep tissue work, ask for Scott Duval, exceptional.

I’ve been going here for years due to the consistently high quality of therapists. I’ve used athletic therapy, physiotherapy, sports massage, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Reception is always kind and attentive. My only complaint is that the music is loud and distracting, and I wish there was an option to turn it down or off during my treatment.

Mathieu is absolutely incredible! He’s professional, friendly, attentive to detail, and—most importantly—he fixed my back pain! I had been struggling with chronic back pain for over 10 years and didn’t take it seriously until I started needing painkillers just to sleep at night. A colleague recommended Mathieu, and from my very first session, he made sure I was improving and receiving the right treatment. With his customized exercises through their app, I gradually started to feel real relief. I’ve been following them consistently and I’m so grateful for his help. Highly recommended!

My wife and I visited from out of town and booked massages — hands down, the best massages we've ever had. I was paired with a male therapist and my wife with a female therapist. Both were phenomenal. The technique was incredibly deep, focused, and intentional — they zeroed in on years-old tension and really worked through it. I was riding the edge of pain and relief the whole time, but in the best way possible. It wasn’t just relaxing — it was restorative. We both walked out feeling lighter, looser, and amazed at how much relief we got from just one session. If you’re in Montreal and want a real massage that delivers results, this is the place. We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Although ended up having to rebook a few times because the therapist came down with a cold, it was a solid experience. Mika was a really solid RMT. Not sold on being prompted to tip for medical services as this is being submitted to insurance and just think it shouldn’t be a thing for such medical services, but 🤷🏽‍♀️

Excellent massage and therapy center in the downtown Montreal / Old Port area. It's rare to find a place that offers sports massages and they do an excellent job of giving you a very deep massage to relieve as much tension as possible. The staff is really friendly and the place, while a little small, is very well designed and set up. I also really love their online setup as you can easily book, modify and cancel appointments online. You can also add your CC so that payment is done automatically online too and receipts can be received by email too.

Believe the bad reviews here and steer clear of this place. I am a frequent recipient of massage therapy for over 20 years. This was a first. I had an appointment at 11:15am for a 60 minute massage. I arrived 15 minutes early to eliminate the last minute stress before the massage and enjoy the experience in peace. 11:40 and I am still waiting in the lounge. Upon questioning the receptionist, as I was about to leave, the speedy therapist finally showed up, so very stressed, he wouldn't let me finish a sentence, nor introduce himself. My actual massage started at 11:45, half an hour late. The therapist massaged me for 14 minutes, at which point he placed a heating pad on my back and left the room. He was absent for over 12 minutes, so long that the pad on my back was burning my skin and I had to lift it off myself. When he came back, he massaged me for another 10 minutes, at which point he informed me that that's enough for the day. (I could have sworn he is massaging someone else in the next room during the 12 minutes.) The entire experience finished at 12:15!!! To my shock the receptionist tried to charge me $127. I reminded her I made my appointment with a gift card and my massage did not last 60 minutes. At this point the therapist came to tell her to "only" charge me 45 minutes. In actuality he massaged me for full 24 minutes. My gift card was returned to me with a balance of some 5$, which also doesn't add up, if it was originally for 60 minutes. Over all this was an extremely stressful, unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I felt rushed and ripped off. The only reason I did not demand refund was because I did not want to go back to this place, as I completely lost my confidence. Not going back.
