I've been trying to get my dizziness diagnosed for months, knowing it's not BVVP and FINALLY found Jay and he pin pointed exactly what was going on. It's been great to finally understand my symptoms and what is triggering my dizziness. He gave helpful exercises and treatments - that will hopefully reduce the cervical vertigo. Everyone is super friendly and helpful there as well!

Treatments are very effective. Staff is amazing. Couldn’t be happier. Came here after being hit by a car and spending 3 months in the hospital. They completely understood my need to have my pain relieved as well as providing strength training exercises to get me on the road to recovery.

My husband visited this clinic for the first time because it's been really difficult to book an appointment near our home. He told me that Shen and Prasanna were both kind, accommodating, and professional during his visit. Because of his experience, I decided to give it a try for my arm, wrist, and foot pain-and I'm so glad I did. They're not just good, they're amazing! Even after my very first appointment, I already felt relief from the pain. Prasanna sent some exercise video which helped a lot. You can also feel how caring Shen to all of their clients which is an additional factor why I came back to this clinic. Thank you Shen and Prasanna!

Great experienced to this clinic. Cam is an excellent massage therapist who genuinely cares about his patients. He made me feel comfortable right away and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I felt so much relief after the session. Highly recommended.

I had a sudden onset of vertigo/vestibular issues on February 14. I came to see Jay a week later, and he started me with doing some vestibular exercises. Eight weeks later, I am so much better. The exercises he has taught me have really helped with compensation and balance. I am back to driving, horseback riding, and now well enough to start riding my motorcycle! I truly believe that the vestibular physiotherapy he provided helped tremendously, and I wouldn’t be where I am without him and his team. I’ve also been getting acupuncture to help with these issues from Albert, which has been a great experience. Very thankful for them all!

Professional, heartwarming, courteous, knowledgeable which is very uncommon to find. Jay the physiotherapist is a “Magic Man.” I will not ever have any other one person taking care of my body. He advises you of the steps that is needed and warranted. He gives the ultimate best for you every visit!! I definitely recommend any patient to see him otherwise you are losing out in his expertise in helping you heal your body!!!

The front staff and assistants are very friendly and helpful. My sessions were with Prasanna Subramaniam; he is very kind and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions in detail and gave me treatments and exercises that were able to really assist me in recovery from my injury. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get some physio therapy!

I had two back-to-back appointments, first physio and then a sports massage with Cam. Honestly, I went in feeling tight and walked out feeling like my body finally forgave me. Both were really good. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing. Cam especially — he found spots I didn’t even know were the problem. He also told me to stress less… I’ll try, Cam 😄 Thanks for the relief. My body genuinely feels lighter. Keep it up.

It was my first experience with dry needling. Physiotherapist Jaiganesh RavindraBabu asked me lots of questions and explained the process and what I might expect. The treatment was gentle and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was my first acupuncture session, and it turned out to be a great experience. The practitioner was very professional and took the time to explain everything, which helped put me at ease. He was attentive and knowledgeable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I left feeling comfortable and positive about the experience, and I would highly recommend them, especially for anyone new to acupuncture.
