“I much appreciated my counselling sessions with Dr. Judy. With her support and guidance, I was able to learn self-compassion, reconnect with my values, open up to difficult emotions, and rebuild a better, more compassionate and authentic relationship with my family. I especially like the ACT framework that she practiced. It’s rare to find an ACT therapist who also speaks mandarin and understands a Chinese immigrant’s perspective. I feel lucky to have found and worked with Judy.”
