“Sarah is the kind of couples therapist who brings both clarity and compassion into the room in a way that helps you feel settled right away. She is pragmatic and direct while still being incredibly warm, so you end up feeling supported, grounded, and genuinely understood. Her clinical work is exceptional. Sarah draws from approaches like Lifespan Integration and The Gottman Method, and you can feel the impact. Her sessions have structure, purpose, and real movement. She is skilled at helping couples break out of old patterns and get into conversations that actually create change. One thing I deeply appreciate about her is her insight into neurodiversity. As someone on the spectrum herself, Sarah brings a lived understanding of the communication and regulation challenges that ADHD and neurodivergent couples often face. She is able to turn those insights into concrete tools that help partners finally understand each other in a deeper way. She also does remarkable work around infidelity and betrayal. Sarah offers a steady and organized process that feels safe even when things are painful. Couples leave feeling like repair is possible and that they are being guided with care. Her 90-minute sessions give couples the time they need to unpack harder moments and actually get somewhere meaningful. It makes such a difference.
