“Coming from Seattle, Japanese wellness spas are really rare to come by. My partner and I booked a massage at Tsubaki and left fully relaxed and satisfied. It is clear that the attendants paid extra attention to our needs and the manager cares greatly about customer satisfaction. They are really staying true to its Japanese roots. “I went there for couple massage with my partner. We were so shock when they asked us for go in separate rooms. Couple massage is always done in the same room with your partner everywhere. If you google, what is couple massage? This is what you get “ A couple's massage is a shared spa experience where two people receive massages simultaneously in the same private room, each on their own massage table with their own dedicated therapist.” The only reason we went there for couple massage because we wanted to spend this relaxation time together. But we were in separate rooms getting service here. It was like you book two separate people at the same time. You cannot call it couple appointment. I have private insurance that covers our massage 100%. I would have done that if I needed massage for us separately. Why would I go to this place spend $160 for nothing. We have done this in past. We both go to massage at the same time with our regular RMTs but that’s not couple massage. I would appreciate if they remove this title of couple massage service if they will separate you. Or arrange a dedicated room for couple massage where you have space for two people together.”Read moreShow less

“It was my first time visiting, and I was deeply impressed by the thoughtful care provided from start to finish. The therapist was Japanese, and while there were a few moments where communicating in English was a little challenging, it wasn't an issue at all. Her sincere attitude in trying to understand my needs was evident, and above all, her technique was outstanding. Throughout the massage, she checked in frequently, asking, "Is the pressure okay?" She carefully focused on gently working through muscle tension, so I felt completely safe in her hands. I’ve had uncomfortable, chilly experiences at other spas before, but here the temperature control was perfect, and they provided large towels to keep my body fully covered and warm. The lighting was a bit bright at first, but when I requested it, they kindly dimmed the lights for me. Listening to the soothing music, I was able to truly relax and fell into a deep, peaceful sleep. “I love this place to get massages! Before to start they ask you the preference part body to receive massage, level of pressure and during the session they take care of you in all aspects. I have been here 3 times and never disappoint, always so good! 100/100”

“I found this massage shop because my shoulders were very stiff. Since it recently opened, the place was quite clean and well maintained. As a first time customer visit here, they explained the massage clearly and asked about the pressure I wanted, which I really appreciated. It was an oil massage, and the pressure was well adjusted.
