“I had been suffering pain for years and have seen several doctors and physiotherapists. Nobody could figure out why I was in pain. My massage therapist recommended I see Liv and I’m so beyond thankful I have. She immediately realized what it was and helped me work on it. She’s the sweetest woman with so much knowledge. “My athletic 10-year old daughter had excruciating low abdominal and back pain that eventually subsided but still painfully reduced her mobility and flexibility. The only diagnosis so far was growing pains. She was miserable! That is, until she went to Liv. She quickly identified that my daughter’s pelvis was out of alignment. Through gentle adjustments, a simple yet effective plan that included specific targeted doable exercises that a 10-year old could do, and so much kind yet firm encouragement, my daughter has fully recovered and recently played her first soccer game since March 1.
