“Very shocked and disappointed at the lack of depth and information provided about my eye health as well as the glasses prescription from my last two exams. The people here are exquisite but the benefit from this service is next to useless.”

“I have diagnosed with dry eyes- after one treatment I noticed a HUGE difference-no more red/dry eyes, no need for eye drops during the day! So glad I took Dr. Kirby's recommendation for the IPL treatment. Suzette is very gentle as well. “Came in for my eye exam and was greeted by Amy and Suzette. Amy did an amazing job pre-testing and explaining every step. Once pre-testing was done I was handed over to Dr. DeVuono who continued with the the rest of the exam and was also amazing. Amy and Dr. DeVuono were both very thorough and patient as I struggle with things around my eyes. “I had a great experience at Tsawwassen optometry! They exceeded my expectations. The office is very welcoming and modern. Dr Wong Took the time to listen to my eye concerns, and set me up with a long term plan. Then I saw Suzette and Meira who provided additional guidance, and a ton of eye health and product education. “Professional, pleasant, great proactive communication and excellent! I had the innovative technology called radiofrequency here to deal with dry eye symptoms and it helped significantly. I have my regular eye care here too and got some very fashionable glasses. The retinal pictures at the back of the eye are a very nice touch as part of the thorough eye exam.
