“My husband broke his leg, had surgery, and visited here for his first physio appointment 2 months post op. He was on blood thinners as he had a DVT from surgery and after the first appointment, the therapist told him she wanted him to stop taking blood thinners in order to proceed with future exercises. We went to see our family doctor who strongly recommended against that and could not figure out why any physiotherapist would advise their patient to stop taking blood thinners. Because of this, we decided not to continue coming here as the physiotherapists recommendation could have killed someone had they not visited their physician to seek advice. We called to cancel his future appointments and explained our reasoning and the person who answered the call met us with no sympathy or concern and was not apologetic. I think this could be a learning experience for the therapist and I hope that she does not continue to give health advice that is not within her scope of practice for her future patients/clients.”Read moreShow less

“I had an amazing experience here. The massage was honestly one of the best I’ve had — very relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed. Mrs Yordanose really paid attention to the areas that needed it most and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly, and the whole place had a clean, calm atmosphere. Yoredanose Kenasa gives amazing back massages, and she goes out of the way to make clients feel comfortable. Ramish is an excellent Physiotherapist. “I've been Dr. Kamal’s patient for several years, and this time I received the same treatment at his own clinic. As always, everything was excellent. He is highly knowledgeable in his profession and very respectful. The same goes for his colleagues, everyone is professional and welcoming.
