“I highly recommend Altaf Virani from True Life Wellness and Physiotherapy. My mother (80 years old) was experiencing significant foot pain that made it difficult for her to walk and stand comfortably. Altaf took the time to assess her situation, provided helpful exercises, and recommended a pair of supportive, comfortable shoes that have made a remarkable difference. Her balance has improved, her pain has decreased, and she is much more comfortable on her feet. We are very grateful for his care, expertise, and genuine concern for his patients.”

“If anyone is looking for custom orthotics, Dr. Virani is someone to really consider. He came directly to my office in Milton with all his equipment, did the full assessment on site, and it was thorough. Not a “quick insole” situation..*ha . Proper gait analysis, measurements, explanations. Professional. Efficient. Knew his stuff. I was genuinely impressed. If you want someone who makes it easy and actually understand what is happening with gait, feet pain, hip pain, lower back pain... worth the consultation time.”

“I've been to the clinic for physiotherapy and to see a chiropractor over some nasty neck pain and headaches, as it turns out, I had a posture more fit for a shrimp than a human being. Office jobs will do that to you. I've had a great experience so far, all the staff is very friendly and caring. They also have a lot of different treatment options, I've found they explain very well the treatment plan and the purpose of each exercise and treatment. I have to say, I've developed better awareness of my body, aaaand my posture and neck pains have improved a lot so it all worked out well. I'd definitely recommend!”
