“Acupuncture and b12 shots are well received and always a positive experience. The environment is very calm, welcoming, and intentional. Massage services are also exceptional and different types are offered. Afterwards you can conveniently grab your supplements with Dr. Chan in their store front area. “I made an appointment for acupuncture not knowing that Dr Irene was a naturopath instead. The acupuncture was OK had better in the past. It didn't feel like did something for me, so I didn't want a follow up acupuncture appointment. In this appointment, Irene sold me her food sensitivity analysis service and I fell for it. I paid 385 for this study thinking that I will have a follow up appointment to be explained the results of the analysis. To my big surprise, after contacting this person to have her explained the results, she told me that the study didn't include a follow up appointment (she didn't share this information when sold me the service). After contacting her several times and no receiving an answer for it, I decided to make a formal complain with my credit card and try to get my money back. (no luck so far, but hopefully it gets resolved) I am stuck with 3 pages report that only technical people could understand. Literally, I have wasted my blood, money and time on this !.. please do not believe her and do not fall for extra services .. no worth the hassle!”Read moreShow less

“I used to take my husband to Dr. Irene Chan and she is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable and she LISTENS. My husband would always feel great and feel uplifted after his treatments. We moved 2 hours away and sadly we haven’t found any doctor as great as Dr. Irene. She has a wonderful way of making you feel cared about. We don’t look at her as just a doctor who had expertise in treatments but one of our best SUPPORT during our challenging times. Even their products are amazing. “I saw John Maynard today following a major injury that I had suffered and had been mainly chiropratic treatment with very little relief from the pain and limited range of motion that I had been dealing with since October. John was absolutely amazing and after just one treatment I already knew that I had found the one professional that was going to be able to help me. His knowledge and experience was obvious and it was a relief to find someone who specializes in deep tissue injury and I finally feel like I am on the road to recovering from this. “I have had some interesting health challenges in the past 2 years. Nothing seemed to help. I found Dr. Irene and things have done a huge turn around! Through deep tissue massage with John RMT, I am able to move my arms and neck without pain! Highly recommended! I have discovered some intolerances to food items and with Dr. Irene's guidance I feel so much better!
