“Since I started with Trinova Wellness Centre, in 2021, I have received the best treatment for my physical body as well as my Psychological mental and Spiritual, and overall health concerns. The Staff and Professional Therapists are very caring, knowlegable and work with my needs to get the most results out of each Session. “Would recommend this place to anyone 100%. The staff there are so professional and welcoming and I personally go there for Physiotherapy, Psychotherapy, Chiropractor and Osteopath! Prior to me coming to Trinova, I was always stressed, cranky/upset, and had headaches and migraines. The funny thing is that I didn’t realize that I was this miserable of a person, with so much pain until after my first few sessions. After every session I felt relaxed, calm, and relieved and wanting to come back for more help. Before going to Trinova I would say my pain in my body was 9/10 and now it’s at 4-5/10. I also used to have headaches and migraines every single day for the last year and I kid you not, after about 2 months of doing Osteopath at Trinova, my headaches and migraines completely disappeared. I live in downtown Toronto and this clinic is in Brampton. I been to other wellness clinics before and Trinova was the only clinic I would say has cured me this much. I am much happier and more able to do things that I wasn’t able to do before. Trinova has improved my mental and physical wellbeing dramatically. I hate driving but I am more than happy drive to Brampton from Toronto and it’s 100% worth it. Shout out Dr. Amanda the chiropractor and Ritu the Osteopath for relieving my pain and migraines. “I highly recommend to my friends, family, and to anyone reading this for Jennifer Anthony to be their therapist. Jennifer’s skill set, her experience, empathy, and due to her providing an emotionally safe environment was definitely the key factors of why the group therapy session that I attended was successful. Jennifer allows you to break down your problems, to really question thoughts, ideas, allows you to gain insights, have full awareness of your actions, words, patterns, and helps you to get to the underlying source of it all! Due to Jennifer’s advice, and skills we came up with solutions/tools that I got to use in the session with her guidance.
