“I've never been to physiotherapy before and Neha helped my ankle heal. Neha was extremely kind, and so helpful throughout the healing process! The vibe of the whole office was great and immediately welcoming when you walked in. Would definitely recommend going here for your physiotherapy needs.”Read moreShow less

“I've been here twice over the years now and both times have been fantastic. Most recently, Neha helped me with a very painful back injury. She was able to diagnose the issue and got me on a rehabilitation plan that has me feeling 100% better. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. This location is also super convenient and has a nice atmosphere.”Read moreShow less

“Heather is such a unique physiotherapist. Her curiosity keeps her active/thorough in her patient care and is always patient and kind when treating you. I seen her at my worst and she helped me navigate my way back to having my body in a calmer/functional state. Very pro pt advocating and goes above and beyond to ensure patients are getting the best care. I can’t thank her enough for what her and her clinic has done for me. They really work as a team in the clinic and treat you like a person instead of a number.”Read moreShow less

“I attended Trilogy and worked with Jane over several weeks to address an Achilles issue. She was thorough, attentive, and thoughtful in her approach, helping me safely return to my pre-injury level. My treatment incorporated a wide range of technologies and targeted exercises, which made a noticeable difference in my recovery. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I need care again.”Read moreShow less

“When I sprained my ankle & tore a ligament this winter, I was devastated & so worried about mobility. From my first physio appointment at Trilogy, it felt like I was on the road to recovery! Jane was so helpful, calm and knowledgeable in my recovery journey. Thanks to Jane I had a clear exercise, stretch and recovery plan to follow weekly. I’m back to my normal workout and active routine now that I’ve completed my treatment - highly recommend trilogy & their whole team!”Read moreShow less

“I had a great experience with Neha at Trilogy Physiotherapy! She helped me recover from an ankle issue over the course of five sessions and was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. Neha is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to properly assess my ankle, explain what was going on, and answer all of my questions and her approach made the recovery process much easier to understand and follow. I’d highly recommend Neha to anyone looking for a thoughtful and attentive physiotherapist!”Read moreShow less
