“My dad moved into Trilogy in March 2023. He is wheelchair bound. There have been challenges but when I voiced my concerns, Trilogy staff and leadership have always stepped up and worked with me to assist in the care of my dad. The staff are good people.”

“My Aunt was on a floor that deals with dementia patients. These patients need special care. From my observation and opinion, this care is not provided due to lack of staff and training. This then leads to negligence and incompetence which is not in the best interests of the patients.”Read moreShow less

“I forgot to add this: we booked an appointment to view this place before we sent my father in law. We showed up - the person who was supposed to give us the your was not there. After 50 mins, they told us they can't give us the tour and they email us the details! This was it first experience with this terrible place! All these reviews are years old. Please do not send your loved ones to this location. My father in law is here and they do not care about the patients. We sent him new clothes and they claimed they needed to do laundry and put tags on the clothes. They didn't give him his clothes for 3 weeks. When we asked they said there was no one to do laundry. Further, after another week they could not find his clothes. He needed water, but no one gave him anything until we showed up and they told us you need to pay for bottled water or else they have a fountain for him to fill his bottle. This man is such and can't fend for himself and no one could give him water?!? We gave him new slippers for Christmas and in the middle of the night other patients with mental struggles came into his room and took his slippers. Not to mention the rude staff. Needless to say, we are working to get him out of here ASAP! please do not send your loved ones here! There needs to be a criminal investigation into this facility.”Read moreShow less

“My mom, Athena just recently joined the community. She's reluctant at first, but from what I see she is in excellent hands. The compassion from everyone puts my mind at ease. I'm so relieved to have her there. Thank you to all the staff for your kind, compassionate welcome. I'm adding a PS to my first review. At first I was impressed with everyone caring for my mom. Now I really see. When you walk the halls at Trilogy, you walk among living angles. The PSW's, nurses and all staff. Care isn't just an occupation with them, it's a passion. I'm forever grateful and from me and my family we wish you infinite Peace, Love and Prosperity.”Read moreShow less

“My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the care provided to our uncle and cousin at Chartwell Trilogy. We are both health care professionals so we feel we are able to provide a credible review. Friendly caring staff in an organized and clean facility. Both our family members are complex care residents - one with Huntington's disease and the other with Parkinson's disease. What is most important to us is that they are integrated in all activities despite their limitations. The staff does an outstanding job ensuring they see each other regularly eventhough they are on different floors. Don't believe that ALL privately run LTC's provide poor care. Chartwell Trilogy us outstanding on so many levels!”Read moreShow less

“I Came here to visit one of my friends parents and I did not know what to expect but I was impressed and I had to comment that all staff are warm and welcoming. I love the fact that it did not smell.”
