“DO NOT ATTEND THIS CLINIC OR TRUST THE DOCTORS! My father dealt with this clinic specifically DR JHAS and he is in worse pain then he was before he had his operation for his lower back they were very negligent they won’t even answer the phone when I call them or my father calls them or even when my family doctor tried to reach out to them they are very unprofessional as well as DR KIRSCHNER he stopped prescribing medication for my father and left him in severe pain for months until he found another doctor he also only wanted to push injections on him again when they didn’t work the first time and he referred him to DR JHAS for surgery and that’s to tell you they both work in the same office and it’s only about money BE AWARE”Read moreShow less

“I am extremely disappointed with the service at this clinic. I had a phone appointment scheduled with the spine specialist, but on the day of the appointment I was informed that the doctor had gone on vacation. The appointment was rescheduled for 10 days later. On the new appointment date, I never received the scheduled call. I contacted my family doctor to explain what had happened, and they escalated the matter to the specialist’s office. The next day, someone from the front desk called to apologize and booked another phone appointment. Unfortunately, the same unprofessional experience happened again—I never received the call. I waited for months for these appointments, yet the clinic failed to contact me on three separate scheduled appointment dates. This is unacceptable, especially for patients who may be in pain and relying on timely medical care. There should be greater accountability in our publicly funded healthcare system. Healthcare providers are entrusted with caring for patients, and repeated failures like this should not be considered acceptable. Many other people appear to have had similar experiences, which suggests this is not an isolated incident. Canada’s healthcare system needs meaningful improvements to ensure patients receive timely, professional, and reliable care. Clinics and healthcare providers should be held accountable when repeated scheduling failures negatively affect patient care. I hope this clinic reviews its scheduling and communication processes so that other patients do not have to go through the same experience.”Read moreShow less

“First visit went very well, Dr.Aakef and the training Dr. Made my appointment seem shorter than it actually was. Dr.Aakef explained everything well, and talked about options and what direction to take in the future. Im happy this far, hopefully the treatment helps me. “Front desk staff very profesional, polyte, usefull, explain everythink in a easy way, but doctors oposite, few months ago clinic received my MRI lumbar spine, and what I got info from dr come back after 18 months, 6 pased I never see any doctors, 2 phone calls, yeasterday doctor called and sugest me find neosurgen by yourself how any patients can be cure by cell phone, Im with terible pain for few mounths, 3 visits in hospital for morfin, didnt help, so doctor in hospital geve me Gabapentin, useles still in pain, I get phone call afternoon that any doctor call me next week. “Saw dr Zhang for back pain. He spent a lot of time with me and explained all procedures he can do. Through a lot of questions he told me that in my case the injections may make my pain worse as he felt my pain was muscle and skeletal. He could have easily made money by starting injections as one reviewer stated. I so appreciated his honesty as I have already been through a lot. Good to see there are honest and moral doctors out there. I would recommend dr zhang . Also, I found the staff polite and no wait time.”Read moreShow less

“I wanna give zero star to this clinic but I have no option to do this. This is the worst clinic I dealt with so far in terms of customer service and one of their doctor. I got phone appointment with Dr Shaheedi for my back pain. I waited 2 hours but doctor didn’t called me. I called reception nobody took my call. Next day I called the customer service associate told me doctor called you but you didn’t take his call. Any way I got another appointment and again doctor didn’t call and again I waited 1 and half hours. I called reception the lady told me Doctor had an emergency so I told if that the case at least you can call me before the appointment so I was aware about the situation. I told this is 2nd time it has happened but then the lady started arguments. I said I will give one star she started yelling on me.I don’t recommend anyone to go there for any treatment.
