“Trillium Health Partners is a place where you'll truly receive help the moment you walk in the door. The team working with patients is wonderful. After completing the tests and paperwork, related to registration, you go to the room, where a nurse directs you to a separate room to wait for the doctor. “I have recently received a text and phone call from you guys regarding the owing payment of $180 for the things I have no idea what that is about. Again, I have never seen a hospital /clinic asking me for payment without providing bills, but just over the text without any details. Then when my husband was trying to call to get more information, the lady who picked up his call was very unprofessional and rude. Before you are being rude, put yourself in the client's shoes. I have done so many blood tests with labs since I am pregnant. We have no idea what that was about, that's why we called. We were trying to cooperate, if I owe, I pay. But instead, you gave us no details of which date for blood test, no bills but asked to pay for a sample from a lab? You didn't hear us out, you showed us like you didn't care and started raising your voices over the phone. If you could not be able to tell me anything about the outstanding amount, and just ask me to pay without any bills, like other scammers are sending texts to inform me of the amount owing, how could I trust that it is legitimate and true? “Today, Thanksgiving, I'm calling in to the Geriatric Ward where my Mom is an in-patient in room 390. A nurse, identified herself as Ann Marie, who looks after my Mom refuses to give me any information ; and her excuse is that I'm not on the list of contacts... What section in the Hopital's rule book that forbidding a person who identifies himself as a Son calling in concerning about his aging Mom? “Very dirty hospital with horrible staff and unprofessional doctors and nurses. Using excuses such as systems down, doctors busy meanwhile they are in their room and making patients wait with pain for hours. Literally a mafia system. These hospitals are a money making scheme. The whole system is corrupt and needs a reform or change of management ASAP!!!!!!! Literally the triage nurse told us to sue the doctors who did this to my son.
