“I was in extreme pain in the left hip area. I called Monday morning left a message and Stephanie called me right back and was able to get me in an hour later. She set me up with Laurie a Massage Therapist. I wasn’t able to bend or sit. I was in a lot of pain and I’m happy to report that I was able to sit with slight pain and bend over with some pain but I did get some good relief. “April 13, 2026: My health has been restored when I did not know if I would ever recover. I am extremely grateful to Stephanie and Vignesh for their knowledge and expertise. It is only because of them that I did not lose mobility and today I feel healthy once again. In April of 2025 I had surgery which resulted in excessive amounts of Fibrosis (scar tissue) inside my body. If I did not have the proper care, I would have lost flexibility and movement. And let’s not forget that I also required special lymphatic drainage massage to reduce the swelling and fluid retention, particularly for lymphedema, post-surgical recovery. Who even knew this was a thing? Certainly not me. I was overwhelmed with anxiety to say the least but Stephanie and Vignesh are exceptional at what they do and they also put my mind at ease and I could see and feel the progress as time continued. I have now come to the end of my journey that required specialized care, and now I can choose to go to the clinic for personal care since the clinic offers much more than just specialized care. I highly recommend this clinic for all manner and type of care and treatment anyone may require. You could not be in better hands anywhere else! I have left all my previous reviews here for everyone to see my progress on this journey and to know that it is real and heartfelt. Update August 6, 2025: I had an incredible break-through in my recovery last week and it's all due to Stephanie and Vignesh and their specialized treatments! In April of this year I had surgery which resulted in excessive amounts of Fibrosis (scar tissue) in my abdomen. Since the surgery I have not been able to feel my ribs due to the amount and thickness of the Fibrosis. Although I have been seeing other positive changes, this has been the most significant change. I highly recommend this Clinic for all manner and type of treatment anyone may require. You will be in very good hands! Update July 29, 2025: As I continue to progress, I appreciate Stephanie and Vignesh and all they are doing to help me recover from surgery I had 3 months ago. They are both exceptional at what they do. Thank you both!! July 9, 2025: I am so grateful I found Trenton Massage and Lymphedema Clinic. I do not think I could be in better hands and I feel well taken care of. There is no doubt that I am healing, and it would definitely not be happening without Stephanie and Vignesh! “Dr. Tessa came highly recommended by two people - a nurse and a lactation consultant from Public Health. My partner and I were desperate to get help for our newborn who'd been diagnosed with a posterior tongue tie and torticollis. We were experiencing breastfeeding issues on account of his poor tongue muscle tone and reduced lateral flexion. Dr. Tessa has been instrumental and absolutely incredible in helping us overcome these issues. She did a thorough examination and provided us with findings as well as recommendations for our son's care. After just a handful of appointments, we have seen a huge improvement - our baby nurses well and has a full range of motion. He seems and looks like a happy, healthy baby. :) This couldn't have been possible without the excellent care we received from Dr. Tessa. Her approach, expertise and bedside manner are beyond reproach. She has such a wonderful way with babies, too! We appreciate her help, generosity, and kindness, and we loved seeing her enthusiasm about what she does.
