    Please arrive 5-10min before your appointment so you can relax and we can take your vital signs better and to be fair to other clients.

  • Wear or bringwear loose and comfortable clothes

    Ideally you should not be too hungry or too full) wear loose and comfortable clothes (most Acupuncture points selected in our style would be below the knee and below the elbow).
