“Very unprofessional and disrespectful experience. They called me at 9 am asking if I could come in at 930 to move up my appointment because it would fill a gap in their schedule. I said no problem. However, when I arrived they made me and my 10 month old baby wait in the dentist chair for 40 mins before the dentist arrived. No apology or anything, and I scrambled to come in early for them. Terrible customer service and overall attitude and demeanor towards customers. I've been to many dentists before and never seen anything like this. Edit: The wait was at least 35 minutes from our scheduled time. I checked my clock at that point. Pretty crazy how they will claim that I waited 20 mins in a reply to this review when the dentist came several minutes past 10 am.”Read moreShow less

“New at this clinic and don't regret transferring here. Friendly staff, modern clean clinic. Haven't needed any dental work in 40 years other than my routine cleaning. But today, Dr.Ali did some work expertly and professionally. He was gentle, patient, and calming. I had a very good experience and was in good hands with him and his assistant.”Read moreShow less

“I visited this clinic a few times, it has a nice waiting room, staff are friendly and the hygienist who did my cleaning explained some basic issues thoroughly but I did feel like I was always trying to get upsold. They almost immediately recommended visiting 3 times a year instead of 2, and the dentist recommended 4 fillings on the first visit, I ve only ever had 2 filings the last 11 years so immediately recommending 4 was a shock. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they told me none of the fillings were necessary and could even damage the teeth by removing enamel in order to do the fillings. They also make you book seperate appointments on different days to view the dentist and hygienist so you end up missing more work. Overall, I wasn't thrilled with my experience, the place has potential but I'm very wary of the upselling.”Read moreShow less

“I moved here last year and have had good experience so far. Their hygienist, Aman is my favourite. She’s very thorough and doesn’t rush. The only downside is the clinic can’t coordinate between my and my husband’s insurance that’s why 4 stars.”

“We had the most amazing experience at this clinic. My two daughters ages 6 and 8 loved their hygienists Nicole and Sabrina, who were both SO great with children, gentle and caring and calm throughout the whole process. Dr. Ali had great bedside manner and answered all my questions and concerns in a reassuring way. My girls told me afterwards they didn’t want to go to any other clinic besides this one.
