“Lizette is truly exceptional. I attended my appointment today for a relatively minor issue, specifically persistent lower back pain and shoulder tension in my trapezius muscles. Remarkably, this is the first occasion in at least 15 years that I have experienced no discomfort whatsoever in my lower back. Our session consisted of testing for issues, working on the ones we found, re-assessing, re-testing, and moving through areas related to my pain. “I’ve recently followed my favourite RMT to Trail Integral Therapeutics. What I love about going here is that they heal you holistically and get to the root of what’s causing you pain/discomfort.
