“I had an appointment with Christine Physiotherapist after being her care for a month. My shoulder pain decrease during the and worsen during the night, I was not able to do my physical exercises last week because I develop muscle spasms because of exercises. I am in worst condition with lots of pain , cannot sleep and even take shower easily. My Physiotherapist is telling me that muscle spasms is good because it stops your movement that can damage you. She wants me to continue exercises when I am unable to bear the pain at the same time she is telling me stop doing exercises if you are in too much pain. Not only I am in more pain, physical more disabled I am now very confused. Imamah is good and professionally follows the schedule giving to her by Chrisne.”

“I drive from a different city multiple times a week to come to this clinic because the providers I see here are totally worth it. I see Jolanta for 1:1 reformer pilates sessions and she is fantastic. She has incredible knowledge about the entire MSK system and teaches me something I didn't know every time I see her. On top of her instructing skills and knowledge, she is super patient, encouraging, and fun to be with - she feels like a friend to me! I can say much the same about physiotherapist Jessica, she has helped me come so far in my recovery. I have hyper mobility and am a nurse which has me with a decent amount of pain all over. I've found it difficult to find a provider with as much knowledge as she does regarding hyper mobility and how it affects the body. Over the last 8 months she has been able to help decrease my daily level of pain substantially and has given me really useful knowledge and tools for how to go about my day to day life as well as safe and effective strengthening exercises. She's very honest, nice, and funny, and I always leave my appointments feeling happy and better than when I walked in. I also must mention Alex who runs reception - she is so lovely and personable, and always on top of things! Overall such a good clinic and worth the drive for me:)”

“I was quite anxious after my hip replacement surgery wondering if I was doing my exercises from the hospital correctly. Jessica Ly had me show her how I was doing the exercises and made the necessary corrections to my form. In the weeks that followed she introduced new exercises after observing my progress. I felt that she cared about my progress and at each visit she listened to my concerns and addressed them. I felt very confident in her knowledge and her attention to detail.
