Choosing the Right Appointment Length
30 Minutes
Ideal for a targeted treatment on one specific area or for maintenance between regular visits.
45 Minutes ⭐ Most Popular
Perfect for treating the back, neck, and shoulders , hips, or another primary area of concern. This is the appointment I recommend for most clients.
60 Minutes
Best for clients who would like a more comprehensive full-body treatment or who have multiple areas that require attention during the same visit.
75 & 90 Minutes
Designed for clients looking for an extended therapeutic or full-body treatment with additional time to focus on multiple problem areas.
A Few Things to Know
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, as there is no waiting room.
Free parking is available directly in front of the house.
To secure your preferred appointment times, especially evenings, I recommend booking several weeks in advance.
