“I rarely leave reviews, but this place truly deserves one. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that a lot of thought and care had gone into creating a professional and welcoming environment. The clinic was spotless, organized, and very comfortable. One detail that really impressed me was their intake process. Instead of constantly printing new forms, they had laminated forms that clients could fill out and then photograph for their records. It's a simple but thoughtful system that helps reduce paper waste and shows they care about sustainability. I booked a relaxation massage and had my session with the owner. He was professional, respectful, friendly, and genuinely focused on providing the best experience possible. He took the time to listen, made sure I was comfortable, and maintained a calm and professional atmosphere throughout the session. The massage itself was excellent. It was exactly what I needed to release stress and tension. The massage table was very comfortable, electrically adjustable, and allowed for a relaxing experience from start to finish. The sheets and linens were fresh, clean, and well-maintained, which is something I always pay attention to when visiting a clinic. What stood out most was the attention to detail, cleanliness, professionalism, and genuine care for clients. It's clear that the owner takes pride in his work and in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and very satisfied with the service. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience, and I will definitely be returning in the future. “Richard is such a professional and experienced RMT who takes the time to listen to my needs and preferences. He tailors, and adapts the massage to the areas of tension while ensuring a comfortable and effective experience. I feel significantly more relaxed, less tense, and with a renewed sense of energy and well-being every time after a session. “This is a truly fantastic clinic! It is incredibly clean and well-managed. I have been seeing Richard for the past 3 times now and he is absolutely wonderful! He is so incredibly professional, caring and kind! He does an incredible job helping me to relieve my back and shoulder pain and listens carefully to help me address my pain the best. “I have been seeing Kristina for many, many years now. I followed her from where she worked previous to her current practice that she opened up with her husband Richard a couple years ago. She is my favourite RMT and has always been my 'go-to' for injuries, aches & pains over the years. Kristina is THE BEST and is especially talented at finding every single knot that needs kneading during a massage. Kristina also pays a lot of attention to detail. She was meticulous and thoughtful in the design of her new space and put customers first by purchasing upgraded, extra comfortable massage tables and even soft flannel sheets to use in the winter months so that her patients would feel extra cozy. Kristina and Richard are professionals who go above and beyond to make sure their establishment is clean, sanitized, and in top working order. Her attention to detail shows in how thorough she is with the covid safety rules; I feel completely safe while I'm there. “I followed Kristina from her previous location to this brand new immaculate clinic. After a bad car accident, she used her extensive training and professionalism to help me recover safely. Currently their commitment to all regulations of their Massage Therapy practice and to COVID protocols have been above any other place I have entered in the last year! No one who has actually visited their clinic could describe it as anything but spotless. “Richard has been my massage therapist for several years. He is very knowledgeable and has helped with my whiplash and tightness in my shoulders.
