“The building itself is very clean, staff greet you and Judith takes great care of me. She pays attention closely to how her client is doing, and will adjust as needed. She has a very kind manner, and does a great job at the massage.”

“I booked this massage with CHANYA as a special treat for my mother, and it was her very first massage experience. First of all she was very unwelcoming. If you don’t feel comfortable don’t start the massage. Making faces will not bring you a returning customer. I’ve been a customer for 2 years now but will not return ever. After the session, my mom developed noticeable swelling and pain in the back of her neck. The swelling was significant enough to be visible and caused discomfort when moving her head. “I have been a regular customer of Touch Massage for past 5 years and have always had a positive experience. Unfortunately, my visit today was very disappointing. After my appointment, I was informed by the front desk that my insurance claim had been denied and I was asked to pay for the treatment. I was surprised by this, as I have not encountered this issue before. When I checked my insurance app, I noticed that two claims had been submitted for the same date of service. The first claim had already been approved and paid by my insurance provider, while the second claim was denied because it appeared to be a duplicate submission. Instead of investigating the issue further, I felt that I was immediately held responsible for what appears to have been an administrative error. The interaction left me feeling frustrated and embarrassed, and it significantly affected what had otherwise been a pleasant experience.”Read moreShow less
