“I usually have a great experience here. Today Im writing to inform others about the policy issue I have recently had. Im on time or early ALWAYS. This visit I was 5 minutes early. I sat in waiting for close to 20 minutes so was roughly 15 minutes behind when I got to the steamroom. No big deal I though, but to my surprise the time I spent in the waiting room counts as time in the steam room. I was told that just policy because the front staff dont talk to the back staff. I was basically told its my problem and they have no way of knowing when I was put in the room even though it their other staff that I have to rely on for proper efficiency. Due diligence is a two-way street. I enjoy my time here and will return, but if they're late again I will be making a visit to the front desk before going to my appointment to ensure timing is fully noted.”Read moreShow less

“I had a pedicure done by Tia and it was literally the best pedicure of my life. I've never actually gotten a foot massage anywhere else and that alone is reason to keep coming back. The spa was calming, very well taken care of, all the staff was friendly and Tia listened to my concerns and was very cautious but thorough with my feet. “I booked steam showers and massages for myself, my brother with terminal cancer and my mother. As a gift to my brother as one of his last days. And they booked it on the wrong day. Drove all the way from Calgary for no reason!!!!! And they didnt seem to care at all. Would not recommend this place *edit to my post. I would like to thank Totally refreshed steam and spa for rectifying the mistake and we ended up booking our treatments on my birthday and they gave a massive discount. They went above and beyond to make up for the honest mistake and to make us feel welcomed back and getting us in for my brother and myself for what turned out to be one of thw loveliest birthdays, and a much enjoyed experience with the steam showers and massages! “I would highly recommend this establishment. Clean, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The price was appropriate for the service (1hr therapeutic massage = $100). Front desk receptionist was friendly and welcoming. "Myla" was absolutely amazing! I went in with several knots in my shoulders and neck. She knew how to gently work them out and rejuvenated my body with her massage techniques. After months of pain, I finally have some relief. “Loved the north location better, there was a larger women's bathroom that accommodated getting ready or sprucing up after a steam and or massage service. Now it's a very tiny 2 toilet, 1 sink, cramped bathroom. I absolutely love Sarah Leonard as a masseuse. Highly recommend, she accommodates RA massage. Very hard to see her if you only have weekends. “This was my first visit to Totally Refreshed, and I will absolutely be returning. Anna is truly an outstanding massage therapist. From the moment the session began, her professionalism, warmth, and confidence were evident. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and tailored the treatment specifically to what I needed. Her skill level is exceptional — the pressure, technique, and attention to detail were spot on throughout the entire session. You can genuinely tell she is passionate about what she does and fully committed to helping her clients feel better. She put in 110% effort to relieve my tension and address problem areas, and the results spoke for themselves. I left feeling significantly better and completely refreshed. On top of the incredible treatment, the clinic itself was welcoming and comfortable. The waiting area is relaxing and the front desk staff were friendly and professional from check-in to departure.
