“We drove from Hamilton to Brampton for physio for my son who is 19 and hurt his ankle during an important soccer opportunity. The people who work here are not only professional but very knowledgeable and up to date with all the treatments available. They care about their patients and truly want them to heal. We are so happy that we were in excellent hands. They helped my son with his healing but most important they followed up with him after his treatment was done. “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Total Wellness Rehab – Brampton, Ontario I’ve been doing physiotherapy at Total Wellness Rehab for about four months now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. I have moderate to severe degenerative disc disease in my lower back, and before coming here, I was in constant, severe pain. I previously tried RFA (radiofrequency ablation) at a pain clinic in Brampton, where they killed the nerve, and I only got about 5% relief — basically no real improvement. I was still suffering daily. At Total Wellness Rehab, I started shockwave therapy and laser therapy, and the results have been life-changing. My pain has decreased by about 90–95%. It truly feels like I’m living in a different body. For the first time in a long time, I can move, function, and live without constant pain controlling my life. The staff are amazing, the physiotherapist is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your recovery. They also give helpful at-home recommendations and exercises, which really makes a difference. The clinic is clean, professional, well-organized, and in a convenient location.
