“Tarah and the TTL team has helped create the kindest and supportive Pilates community. The moment you step in the studio, you get the friendliest smiles! It truly is a safe and welcoming space. I love signing up for the mixed reformer and sculpt classes. Instructors are great communicators with amazing cues and flows / sequences of the class. The lab supports you finding your edge but also celebrates you showing up and doing your best. Every class is never the same which makes it so exciting to discover new Pilates moves and sequences! I’ve never felt stronger and healthier in my life than when I have consistently gone to TTL regularly each week. Thanks Tarah and TTL team!”

“Wow! A great space with an amazing vibe, helpful instructors, and challenging workouts that are also fun at the same time. Only four classes in so far, but I am LOVING it! The classes are the right size and everyone is very welcoming. Finding muscles I didn’t know existed 😉. I’ll definitely keep up this new routine. No class is exactly the same which is super awesome!
