“The team they have is amazing. Highly suggest going here. They're truly knowledgeable on injuries. My injury was my knee, the meniscus was torn. They knew exactly what exercises to apply. Within the 8weeks I had full range of motion”

“Came to total physio after a car accident to receive treatment for whiplash/concussion. I was set up with Lakshay Sharma as my physiotherapist who was professional, compassionate, and overall phenomenal! He went above and beyond to help me maximize my treatment plan to enhance all aspects of my healing process, not just physical. He set me up with a lovely occupational therapist Michelle Thomas, and massage therapist aswell. Yuti always greeted me with a smile and wholesome conversation as she’d hook me up with ifc, cold and heat packs after each treatment. Due to not having a vehicle to get to and from appointments, my schedule wasn’t the easiest to work around. However, the two ladies at the desk - Jamie and Amrita and were personable, patient and accommodating! During one of the most challenging seasons of my life, walking into this building was like a breath of fresh air. Listening to the girls at the front desk joke with the patients as if they were family created such a warm and comforting atmosphere. What stood out most about Total Physio was how genuinely kind and caring everyone was. They understand that people walking through their doors are often dealing with pain, stress, uncertainty, and difficult circumstances, and they treat every person with compassion and patience. It’s rare to find a place where every single staff member makes such a positive impact, but this team truly does. The heavy parts of life don’t always feel quite as heavy when you’re surrounded by people who care the way they do. I’m incredibly grateful for all of their support throughout my recovery and would highly recommend Total Physio to anyone needing treatment. 🙂”

“Holly got me back on my feet and moving again when I honestly wasn't sure that was going to be possible. I have large portions of my life back, and am looking forward to a summer where I can enjoy the outdoors. “A couple of months ago I injured my knee at work, and damaged my MCL. I was lucky enough to be recommended Total Physiotherapy by a friend. I was frustrated and terrified that this injury would need surgery and/or never be the same again. The whole team at Total were always very friendly and reassuring. The receptionists were personable and kind, and always made me feel like I was welcome. The deal maker here, was the therapy I received from my man Lakshay. This man is my hero. Thank you, Lakshay for showing me patience, kindness and reassurance that through hard work, and commitment to our program I was going to be okay. After just over a month, I’m feeling back to my old self and know what I need to do to stay on top of my physical health. I can’t thank you enough for being such a great resource, your professionalism is only matched my your contagious smile. It’s crazy, because as much as I don’t want another serious injury, I welcome the opportunity to see this team again and will miss them.”
