“About eight months ago, I visited your clinic and underwent two eye examinations\. During one of the appointments, my eyes were also examined after using eye drops to dilate my pupils and assess the retina and cornea. At the end of the examinations, I was given a prescription for glasses. I have had poor vision in my left eye for many years .However, with the glasses prescribed at your clinic, I still cannot see properly with my left eye.. My right eye is also blurry even when using the prescribed glasses. I have difficulty seeing clearly both at a distance and up close\. For near vision, I mainly experience a magnified or distorted view of objects rather than clear vision. When I went to Costco to have lenses made, their staff reviewed my prescription and told me that, considering my eye condition, the prescription did not appear to be appropriate for me . Based on my experience, I have to agree, because I cannot see clearly with these glasses. I am also very dissatisfied with my experience at the clinic, particularly with the examination and the amount of waiting time despite having a scheduled appointment\. Since my vision remains significantly impaired and the prescribed glasses are not providing adequate vision, I would like my eyes to be reassessed carefully. I would also appreciate having any necessary tests and measurements repeated to determine whether my prescription was accurate and what correction would be most appropriate for my vision.”

“From my very first visit to coming back again to buy both sunglasses and prescription glasses, the experience has been exceptional. Rosa and Naznin were absolutely amazing, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Rosa took the time to help both my partner and me choose the perfect frames without ever making us feel rushed. What impressed us most was that both Rosa and Naznin stayed past closing time to make sure everything was processed properly. They never once showed any frustration or attitude and made us feel valued throughout the entire experience. The optometrist was also incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The eye exam was thorough, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, the customer service and level of care exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care and an outstanding customer experience!”

“The doctors who examined my eyes were professional and thorough, and I had a great experience with the eye exam. A special thank you to Rosa for her outstanding help in choosing both my eyeglasses and sunglasses. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The only thing for improvement is a lady in front desk, who could be a little more kind. All five stars of this review go to Rosa. She made my experience a great on.”
