“Total Balance Physiotherapy helped solve my shoulder pain which was keeping me awake at night. The therapist educated me on what was going on mechanically in my shoulder. She listened to my description of my pain and the activities it was limiting me from doing. They provided me exercises and showed me how to properly perform them and then we had weekly follow ups which involved ultrasound therapy. As I progressed she added new exercises and removed some. Within 4 weeks I was 98% better and with continuation of the exercises I am now 99.9.% there. No more limitations due to pain. “I fractured my wrist/arm in two places and refused a cast. After several amazing physio sessions with Ankita and Reese over about 5 weeks, my arm is completely healed. Range of motion just as good as before the injury. The knowledge, expertise, kindness and humour Ankita and Reese brought to each session, turned an unfortunate injury into a wonderful healing journey. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
