As a stroke survivor of 10 years, experiencing neurological difficulties, that over time developed into scoliosis, clearly attributed to left side paralysis, and that ultimately interfered with proper organ function. This is my third year for osteopathic treatments by Chris to assist me in coping with these structural and neurological impediments associated with my stroke. I am very grateful to have found Chris when I did, along with his associate chiropractor, Greg Canning , who's mutual ongoing treatments and guidance enable me to improve posture and maintain my strength for my personal exercises.

Chris reaches into corners, spans modalities and finds solutions to unblock, rectify and heal injuries as well as long-standing chronic problems. His knowledge base is extensive, often supplying the missing link. He takes over where an MD leaves off. He has helped me with problems that no one else could crack.

Many thanks to Dr. Bingley! I started going to Chris early in 2025 as I was plagued by old scars and injuries causing intense stomach, back, and knee pain that had become unbearable. His wholistic approach to physical therapy has significantly improved my day to day comfort. I've come to see him as a true healer, not just for his superb technical skills in releiving pain and offering solid advice, but also for his refreshing bedside manner and innate ability to put his clients at ease. Our neighborhood is lucky to have such a skillful practitioner closeby and I would highly recommend the services he offers (chiropractic, osteopathy, massage, exercise rehabilitation and more) to anyone in need of a little extra TLC to keep their body moving pain-free.

I am a retired Registered Massage Therapy practitioner and teacher of over 40 years' experience. Chris's work is knowledge-based, skillful, effective, respectful and contactful. I see him regularly for treatment and find him to be both personable and an excellent member of his profession.

I really need to share my latest experience with Chris Bingley. I have worked with him for a little while now since I broke my ankle and he has been so incredibly helpful. But this last time I was in a very desperate situation my back was experiencing a stabving pain That I’ve had in the past and no one could figure it out. Firstly, Chris was able to fit me in very quickly and I saw him two days in a row. Secondly, He was able to Through osteopath and Massage,, treat the situation and the pain stopped. He knows the body extremely well. And his approach is so well rounded, and skilled that he is able to really get to the root of the problem and Help in many ways to move you Through painful situations and chronic ailments. He is very personable, kind, and knowledgeable. For me, in both the ankle situation and my back he was able to not only help physically, but he was able to calm me down and believe that there would be some relief and that everything was gonna be OK, which was really necessary for the situations that I was in. I highly recommend Chris for really any situation and if he’s not able to do what it takes, he will recommend the right thing for you.

I’ve been seeing Chris for various sports injuries for years now and I wouldn’t even consider going to anyone else for treatment. He’s excellent at what he does and genuinely a really nice guy. I’ve recommended him to anyone who mentions an injury and they’ve all reported back the same thing.

It’s rare to find a practitioner who feels both deeply knowledgeable and instinctively intuitive — but that’s exactly what you get with Chris. For anyone whose body has been through years of movement, sport, dance, yoga — especially in a hypermobile frame — things can get complicated. Patterns form. Compensation builds. Issues hide in plain sight. What sets Chris apart is his ability to see the whole picture. Not just the symptom, but the structure underneath it. He identifies imbalances you didn’t even realize were there and works at the root, not just the surface. There’s no pushing of modalities. No unnecessary intensity. Just precise, thoughtful, highly attuned work that feels intelligent and incredibly effective. If you’ve “seen everyone” and still feel like something isn’t fully resolving, this is the person you go to. Some practitioners treat pain. Chris understands bodies.

Chris is a highly skilled therapist who is well versed in different modalities such as RMT and Osteopathy. His treatments are highly intuitive and address physical symptoms and underlying causes that one did not even think of. He also provides instructions for useful at home exercises to solidify the healing process. I have been going to Chris for years. I initially went to address a specific injury as he came highly recommended for being able to solve physical problems that others couldn't. Since then I have been going regularly for general maintenance and to address any physical problems that come up from time to time due to an active lifestyle. His treatments are also great for getting rid of accumulated stress. He is very passionate about what he does and has his patients' best health in mind. He explains the process carefully including pointing out on anatomy charts on what he worked on. And most importantly - I feel relaxed after the treatments and in much better physical shape than when I came in. I would highly recommend Chris as a practitioner who can assist with specific physical ailments and provide excellent general care on a regular basis.

I began seeing Chris for soreness and injuries from Muay Thai, and he’s been incredible from day one. Not only is he extremely professional and knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to thoroughly explain each step of the treatment process. He doesn’t just treat the problem – he explains why he’s doing what he’s doing and walks you through the exercises and routines he recommends, so you fully understand how to support your recovery outside of sessions. Whether you’re dealing with sports-related injuries or general soreness, Chris provides a well-rounded approach that leaves you feeling confident in your progress. Highly recommend!

I first saw Chris a few years back on the recommendation of a friend. He treated my knee and did a wonderful job. I've had some back problems of late and have been seeing Chris again. He has lots of knowledge and has a very gentle way of 'positioning' or aligning the body. I've been very happy with the results.
